Over 2000 square feet of training facility. Our equipment includes the muay Thai "Banana" bags. Muay Thai pads, focus mitts, and kick shields. There are also pull up bars and rope climb to help develope your upper body strength. Over 1700 square feet of matted area. We provide you with a clean and safe training enviroment. There are also "cubbies" to store your gym bag/clothing while you train. There is also a dressing room.
